I cannot recommend Lori Tozzi highly enough. When you walk into NAWI you immediately feel welcomed and cared for. My skin always feels refreshed, glowing, and healthy after each visit. Lori is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain treatments for my skin. If you’re looking for someone who delivers outstanding results every time give Lori a call!

My wife and I got Botox here and it completely faded within a month for both of us. We have gotten Botox from 6-7 different providers over the years and this was by far the worst result. Feeling ripped off

I always have the best experience at Nawi. I am now getting monthly facials with Lori! It has been incredible. Also tried BBL laser therapy with Lori and am very happy. So many results from the BBL. They have so many choices on lasers to meet your needs. It best to go in and talk to them depending on your skin type. Very professional and have a high tech computer that looks at your skin and they constantly are updating pictures of your face to see the progress. I couldn't be happier and they just won the award for the best Med Spa and I can see why. Don't hesitate go to NAWI in Naples!!!

Sadly …. I will NEVER return! Last year Christine injected me with Volbella and used half the product. She told me to keep it and return the following year (as it lasts about a year) and that they would inject the balance then. As I pulled it out, I noticed that it actually had expired three days after my injection date. Now, NAWI will not honour what their employee said. She was there for quite some time and sadly is no longer. They are telling me that it’s meant for injection within a shorter time period .. well guess what, within THREE DAYS? I doubt that. I will never go back .. clearly it’s all about the $$$!

I’m from Naples but currently living in Miami and while I was visiting I decided to check Groupon to find a deal on Botox. I didn’t regret choosing NAWI out of other options in Naples. Katherine did a great job seeing exactly where she needed to place the Botox and the results are exactly what I wanted. Not overdone and just enough to relax my forehead so it isn’t constantly trying to crease between my eyebrows, which for some reason helps lift my mood just because my forehead isn't allowed to frown 😂 That’s the main reason I get it done and she did that. She also took care of my crows feet at the same time. If they have more deals on Groupon I will definitely go back 🙂

I have been coming to NAWI Medspa for a few different treatments over the past couple of years, and I can say with certainty that every single experience has been exceptional. I trust them implicitly with my skin.
Most recently, I had the NOUVADerm treatment, and the results were truly incredible. My skin was completely rejuvenated, and I’ve seen a visible reversal of sun damage—leaving me with a healthy, vibrant glow.

Prior to discovering NAWI, I had reconstructive surgery on my face related to skin cancer, leaving lingering redness and discolorization. During consultation at NAWI, I learned that they had a process that could possibly help reduce this condition.
It did! My thanks are with the whole team, especially team leader Kathy and of course, Dr. Dean. I walk with my head higher these days!

It was my first time ever looking into getting Botox. I was visiting Naples and decided to trust NAWI and glad I did!! The staff explained everything so clearly and was a great price! I ended up getting disport and it looks great. She did not want to over do it for my first time so it’s a nice soft natural finish but wrinkles are so much less noticeable! I am glad I went to NAWI for my first time! And I don’t usually do reviews but I wanted them and everyone to know they are amazing! I’m very happy with the results, price, and how friendly the staff was. I’ll be back on my next visit to Naples. Thank you!!
